These Terms of Service govern your use of our credit repair services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Agreement
Christian Credit Restoration ("CCR," "we," "us," or "our") provides credit repair services to consumers in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws. By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these terms.
Services Provided
- Credit report analysis from all three major credit bureaus
- Dispute preparation and submission for inaccurate items
- Direct communication with credit bureaus and creditors
- Credit building guidance and financial counseling
- Ongoing monitoring and follow-up services
2. CROA Compliance and Client Rights
In accordance with federal law, we provide the following disclosures:
No Upfront Fees
We do not charge any upfront fees. Payment is only due after we successfully remove negative items from your credit reports. This is required by federal law and aligns our interests with your success.
Three-Day Cancellation Right
You have the right to cancel this contract within three (3) business days from the date you sign it. If you cancel, any payments made will be refunded, and we will return all documents you provided.
No Guarantee of Results
We cannot and do not guarantee specific results or improvements to your credit score. Results vary based on individual circumstances, the accuracy of information, and cooperation from credit bureaus and creditors.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcomes, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their credit history
- Supply necessary documentation and identification
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information
- Follow credit building recommendations and guidance
- Not apply for new credit without prior consultation
- Notify us immediately of any changes to personal information
4. Payment Terms
Pay-for-Results Model
Our pricing structure is based on successful results:
- No setup fees, monthly fees, or upfront costs
- Payment only when negative items are successfully removed
- Transparent pricing provided in writing before services begin
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
Payment Processing
Invoices are sent after successful removals are confirmed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
5. Timeline and Expectations
Credit repair is a process that requires time and patience:
- Initial disputes are typically submitted within 5-10 business days
- Credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate disputes
- Most clients see initial results within 30-60 days
- Significant improvements typically occur over 3-8 months
- Complex cases may require 6-12 months for optimal results
Realistic Expectations
We can only dispute inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information. Accurate negative information that is within statutory reporting periods cannot be removed and will remain on your credit reports.
6. Termination
Client Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. You remain responsible for payment of services already provided.
CCR Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Client provides false or misleading information
- Client fails to pay invoices after 60 days
- Client requests illegal or unethical actions
- Client becomes abusive or threatening to staff
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and financial information:
- Information is used solely for providing credit repair services
- Data is protected with appropriate security measures
- Information is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties
- Sharing occurs only as necessary for service delivery or as required by law
8. Limitations and Disclaimers
No Legal Advice
CCR provides credit repair services and financial guidance but does not provide legal advice. Complex legal matters should be addressed with qualified legal counsel.
Third-Party Actions
We cannot control the actions or decisions of credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies. We work diligently on your behalf but cannot guarantee their cooperation or specific responses.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through:
- Direct Discussion: Good faith efforts to resolve issues directly
- Mediation: Non-binding mediation if direct resolution fails
- California Law: Governed by California state law
- Venue: Riverside County, California courts
10. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Your Rights Under Federal Law
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit reporting agency directly. You may obtain a copy of your credit report directly from the credit reporting agency.
